Today’s Health Premier™ powered by CCRx offers $0 monthly plan premium, $10 co-pay for primary doctor visits, $25 co-pay for specialists, $0 co-pay for generic prescriptions, $0 co-pay for annual physical and vision benefits.

Health Plan without Prescription Drug Coverage

Today’s Health Value™ plan features a $0 monthly plan premium, $5 co-pay for primary doctor visits, $25 co-pay for specialist, $50 co-pay for worldwide emergency care coverage as well as dental and vision benefits. Value also offers a Part B Premium Reduction (you save $48 every month).

Today’s Health Premier™ plan features a $0 monthly plan premium, $10 co-pay for primary doctor visits, $25 co-pay for specialist, $35 co-pay for worldwide emergency care coverage and vision benefits. Premier also offers a Part B Premium Reduction (you save $40.60 every month).
