How to know if you qualify for membership in Today's Health plans?

You’re eligible if you:

• Live in one of the counties that  Today's Health serves.
  • OZAUKEE
  • MILWAUKEE
  • RACINE
  • WAUKESHA
    
• Are eligible for Medicare Part A by age or disability, and enrolled in Part B.
  
  
• Continue paying your Medicare Part B. Premium.

You may not enroll in Today's Health plans (in accordance with federal regulations) if you have Cap End Stage Renal Disease (ERSD) or have had a kidney transplant within the past 36 months. You will not be disqualified for any other medical condition and will not be cancelled for any medical condition you may develop once enrolled.
